Wright County Prosecutor, John Tyrrell is happy to announce that on December 22, 2020, Dustin Rose was sentenced to 12 years Missouri Department of Corrections probation denied for one count of Statutory Sodomy in the First Degree. The crime was committed from March 2019 through October 2019. The case was investigated by the Wright County Sheriff Office. Judge Carter presided over the case.
“I am pleased with this result. We accomplished a lot of goals with this case. He was sent to prison and we were able to protect the victim and her family from having to testify about this terrible crime. The defendant will be a convicted sex offender with life time registration requirement. ” says John Tyrrell, Wright County Prosecutor.
