John Tyrrell the Wright County Prosecutor announces that on September 22, 2020, the Defendant Danielle Bishop was sentenced to 7 years in the Department of Correction probation denied for delivery of a controlled substance in particular methamphetamine. She was also sentenced to 4 years in the Department of Corrections probation denied for assault in the third degree with both cases to be served concurrently. The drug case was investigated by the drug task force and the assault case was investigated by the Wright County Sheriff’s Office. Judge Carter heard both cases and sentenced the Defendant.
